To the media and public opinion!<\/strong><\/p>\n

On March 3, 2024, the Women’s Protection Units YPJ raided a Turkish occupation army base on Al-Syada front in the village of Sheikh Nasser northwest of Manbij city. They inflicted painful blows to the Turkish occupation.<\/p>\n

Our fighters skillfully and professionally targeted the occupiers’ base. Initially, they attacked enemy positions with medium weapons, then engaged with individual weapons at a distance of 20 meters. As a result, our fighters managed to enter the depot, destroyed several weapons, and seized some of them.<\/p>\n

As a result of this effective operation, our fighters managed to eliminate 6 mercenaries affiliated with the Turkish occupying state. They completely destroyed the occupation army base, including a 12.5-meter tank. Additionally, 2 Kalashnikov rifles, a Browning machine gun, a wireless device, a phone, and Turkish mercenary IDs were seized.<\/p>\n

After successfully executing the operation, our fighters withdrew safely to their positions. Since our fighters completely destroyed the Turkish occupation base, it was set on fire and burned, resulting in a large explosion inside, but its consequences are unknown.<\/p>\n

As Women’s Protection Units, this operation came as a tribute to the memory of the female comrades who were martyred by the Turkish occupation state. We are a retaliatory force determined to triumph in our journey. No attack on female leaders, homeland, or the achievements of the women’s revolution in Rojava will pass without a response.<\/p>\n
