In addition, a course named after Martyr Karam Ahmed Shehab and Martyr Rojda Manbij graduated female fighters of the Women\u2019s Protection Units (YPJ) and fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).<\/p>\n<p>A new cohort graduated successfully from the Martyr Adnan Abu Amjad Academy and the Martyr Rojda Manbij Academy, consisting of fighters from the Women\u2019s Protection Units (YPJ) and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), during a ceremony held at the academy in the city of Raqqa.<br \/>\nOfficials affirmed that this graduating class represents a qualitative addition to the capabilities of fighters on the battlefield.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony was attended by military leaders, representatives of civil institutions, Arab tribal elders, and the families of the graduating comrades.<br \/>\nAmira Mohammed, a commander in the Women\u2019s Protection Units, delivered a speech in which she said:<br \/>\n&#8220;Training, discipline, and sacrifice for the protection of the people and the establishment of security in the region are of great importance. We affirm that this graduating class represents a significant enhancement to the abilities of our fighters on the ground.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The co-chair of the Ain Issa Council, Riyad Khalaf Al-Khamees, also spoke and affirmed the commitment to supporting security and stability, and continuing training and qualification programs for fighters on the front lines defending the people.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony concluded with high morale and great joy. The event ended with chants honoring the martyrs, and pictures of the martyrs were presented to their families by the protocol team.
