{"id":22535,"date":"2026-03-01T12:14:52","date_gmt":"2026-03-01T12:14:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ypjrojava.net\/en\/?p=22535"},"modified":"2026-03-01T12:15:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-01T12:15:49","slug":"women-in-kobani-affirm-continued-struggle-in-support-of-the-womens-protection-units-ypj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ypjrojava.net\/en\/?p=22535","title":{"rendered":"Women in Kobani Affirm Continued Struggle in Support of the Women\u2019s Protection Units (YPJ)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hundreds of women took to the streets in the city of Kobani in a mass march in support of the Women\u2019s Protection Units (YPJ), emphasizing that the force represents the true identity of Kurdish women and embodies their spirit of resistance.<\/p>\n<p>The Kongra Star Council in Kobani organized the march today as part of the March 8 program marking International Women\u2019s Day, in support of the Women\u2019s Protection Units (YPJ).<\/p>\n<p>The march was held under the slogan, \u201cWith the Braids of Women, the Revolution of Humanity Is Protected,\u201d and saw the participation of hundreds of women, female fighters from the Women\u2019s Protection Units, members of the Internal Security Forces (Asayish), and representatives of women\u2019s movements and organizations.
