They were martyred between January 20 and 23 during clashes that took place in the Sarrin area.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral rites in absentia were also held for three other martyrs: Women\u2019s Protection Units (YPJ) fighters Ar\u00een M\u00eerkan (Amina Ahmad) and Rojken Botan (Hawa Oghurlu), who were martyred on January 21 in Raqqa; as well as People\u2019s Protection Units (YPG) fighter Agid Amanos (Ayman Nabi), who was martyred on January 17 in the Deir Hafer area.<\/p>\n<p>The two bodies were laid to rest amid chants and the slogan, \u201cMartyrs are alive; they never die.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe
