The ceremony, held at the institute’s headquarters in the Xiwêran (Al-Zuhour) neighborhood of Hasakah, showcased the students’ work and achievements throughout the academic year. Fighters and representatives of the Women’s Protection Units (YPJ) also attended to express their support for the students on this special occasion. Art enthusiasts, YPJ fighters, and other guests had the opportunity to view the students’ progress and accomplishments.
During the ceremony, the students presented outstanding works across three main disciplines. The Visual Arts Department organized an exhibition featuring paintings created by the students, while the Cinema Department screened short films and student-produced cinematic projects. The Music Department delighted the audience with an artistic program featuring songs and musical performances presented by the students.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the institute’s administration expressed its gratitude to all participants and to the fighters of the Women’s Protection Units (YPJ), noting that the presence of local residents and the defenders of the homeland brought enthusiasm and joy to the students and served as a great source of encouragement for them.
