At the beginning of her visit, she extended her congratulations to Leader Apo, the families of the martyrs, the wounded, and the people of the four parts of Kurdistan. She said:
“This blessed day has brought about great and invaluable achievements. We are living today thanks to this day and thanks to the martyrs who sacrificed themselves for this sacred land.”
