Balance sheet regarding operations on October 16th 2019
The Turkish army and their affiliated terorist groups continue their heavy airstrikes and shelling. The worst of crimes against civilians of Northern Syria are committed. Our forces retaliate and foil their attacks and force them on retreat.
Derik:
The invading Turkish army and their gangs increase their numbers deployed on the border in attempts to occupy nearby villages, especialle Jaroudiye. In this regard, the invading army shelled the Khirab Reshke village from their position in Bable village.
Ras Al Ain
For the 4th day in a row, Ras Al Ain is beeing heaviky attacked from all directions, airstrikes and shelling continues, the drones fly over the region constantly, and with the most advanced technical equipment and thousands of jihadists, the enemy is not able to push forward one single step.
From the early morning-hours until the night too, the Turkish invaders bring on us airstrikes and ground operations, but our forces have become heroic shields of the city and foiled all attempts of the enemy to progress, and killed a large number of the jihadists.
On the side of the Menajir village, the invading army and their jihadists carried out a ground attack during the night on Menajire village which caused heavy clashes between them and our forces, and constantly carried out airstrikes with fighter jets and drones. These clashes caused a large number of casualties on the jihadists side, but we have not been able to confirm the numbers.
On the Alyaye side, the enemy carried out a heavy attack with more than 100 vehicles, amongst those tanks and armored vehicles. Warplanes and drones were constantly bombing, but our forces cut through their lines and engaded in clashes with them. These clahses caused damaged to 20 of the vehicles which were destroyed and deemed unusable. 10 of the vehicles fled the theatre of war. 4 of them were armored personell carriers. Our forces seized one of them.

The clahses caused the death of 60 jihadists and 40 wounded jihadists. 18 of our comrades were martyred and a further 7 were injured, but the attack was foiled and the area was cleaned of jihadists.
Amude
The villages Erade and Ibrahimiye were shelled and 4 civilians were injured.
Tal Abyad
On the Ain Issa side, the invading Turkish army attempted to push forward on the M4 international road, but our forces engaged them in clashes. These clashes continued with aerial bombardment and drone bombardment.
Our forces carried out targeted operations against the enemy vehicles and neautralized a number of vehicles and the persons inside them. But again, the number of killed has not yet been clarified.
