A Meeting of Martyrs’ Families Held in Tabqa Province on
A meeting for the families of martyrs was held in Tabqa Province on. The meeting addressed several key issues, including the political situation and the recent security disruptions in our regions. All the families of the martyrs were given the right to express their opinions, suggestions, and concerns.The meeting was attended by the families of the martyrs, representatives of the Autonomous Administration, Comrade Foza Youssef, a member of the Presidential Council of the Democratic Union Party, and Comrade Zanarîn Qamishlo, the leader of the Euphrates Region.
The meeting began with a moment of silence in honor of the martyrs, followed by a speech from Comrade Foza Youssef, a member of the Presidential Council of the Democratic Union Party. She began by welcoming all the families and children of our martyrs. In her first point, she discussed the political situation, saying: “The recent escalation of attacks and strife was aimed at instilling fear in the hearts of our people. What the Turkish fascists are attempting to do is hide their dark mask and crimes behind faces. Therefore, they resort to such brutal actions, relying on liberalism and individual pluralism based on dogmatism.”In the conclusion of her speech, she expressed: “Despite all the conflicts that have occurred, the resilience of the brotherhood of peoples standing side by side and hand in hand with the Syrian Democratic Forces has dealt a severe blow to Turkish fascism. Every time they think they will win, they only face failure. We know that we are in the third world war, and our enemies are increasing, but this indicates a decisive victory for our movement because it is a humanitarian movement based on socialism. The larger the number of enemies, the greater the victory for all of us.”Comrade Foza also pointed out in her speech and sent a message to all peoples and martyrs, saying: “We will stand side by side with our people, hand in hand, to make our communities free from all crises, attacks, and brutal operations that target us. We will seek justice for every drop of blood shed by our noble martyrs, honoring and appreciating their pure souls that have lit the torch of freedom.”
Comrade Zanarîn Qamishlo, the General Commander of the Euphrates Region, then delivered a speech, saying: “First, we thank all the families of our martyrs and their children for accepting and attending this meeting, and we welcome you all.” She added: “We are in the third world war, and the political situation is escalating. The enemy is launching attacks from all directions and sowing discord among the components. As we have seen recently, they have sown discord between the tribes and the Syrian Democratic Forces. This is an attempt to plant dogmatic ideas in the minds of citizens and control them from all angles.”In conclusion, she expressed: “Despite all these attacks and the tense situation, as we have seen recently, the unity of our people and their refusal to accept the attacks, along with their solidarity with the Syrian Democratic Forces, has been a severe blow to Turkish fascism. Turkish fascism tries to hide its crimes behind a curtain to obscure the brutal acts it commits against these oppressed peoples. However, these peoples have begun to condemn and denounce these attacks and the prolonged isolation imposed on the leader. This isolation is a violation of international law and goes beyond humanity. There has never been such prolonged isolation imposed on a leader in recent years.”
At the end of the meeting, the families of the martyrs expressed their commitment, saying: “We will be the support and helping hand to the Syrian Democratic Forces. We will follow in the footsteps of our noble martyrs who watered this homeland with their pure blood. Through the sacrifices of our martyrs, darkness has vanished, and the torch of freedom has been lit. We will do everything in our power to free our global leader, Abdullah Öcalan, from the hands of Turkish fascism and its inhumane rule. With our leader’s thought and philosophy, we will continue on the path to freedom until the last spark.”
At the end of the meeting, everyone began chanting slogans expressing the dawn of a new day, as we say, starting with the thought and philosophy of our leader.
