The agreement signed between the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Transitional Government in Damascus under international mediation was flagrantly violated this morning when our forces were not fully withdrawn from Deir Hafer and Maskanah. The mercenaries of the Transitional Government, backed by the gangs of the Turkish occupation state, launched brutal assaults aimed at occupying Raqqa and Tabqa and advancing toward the Jazira region.
Our forces have successfully repelled all attacks so far, exercising their legitimate rights, and have inflicted significant casualties on the aggressors. Should the mercenaries of the Transitional Government continue their attacks, we will respond with even greater force.
The Women’s Protection Units remain steadfast in defending all the gains of the human revolution. Our forces have taken up positions across all strategic locations with unwavering determination to repel any assault and are fully prepared to advance if the situation demands.
