The event that was held on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of thr women’s revolution & brought together Kurdish women, different people from Germany and other places. On the event, the participanta evaluated the struggle of women over the last 11 years within the Rojava Revolution. Member of the General Command, Sozdar Derik, delivered a speech on behalf of the Women’s Protection Units, mentioning the importance of joint activities and struggle of women’s movements and organizations in Germany and Rojava. At the beginning of her speech, Sozdar Derik thanked the women organizing the event and emphasizes the importance of bringing together different voices of women. She then referred to the sacrifices made by the Women’s Protection Units within the women’s revolution. She said: “The Women’s Protection Units have become the voice of all women who have been subjected to injustice, persecution, killing and torture. Our struggle is a revenge against the patriarchal system for all those women, and the women’s movement of the world.”
