To our people and public opinion!

The women’s revolution in northern and eastern Syria reached all segments of society with the participation of women. All the women who join the freedom movement become the main force to sustain and uphold the revolution. Our comrade Adar Judy was one of the comrades who took their place in the Women’s Protection Units since the beginning of the revolution.

Comrade Sherine Ali, with her nom de guerre Adar Judy, was born into a patriotic family in Al-Hasakah, and this opened the way for her to search for a free life. With the beginning of the revolution, Adar Judy joined the Women’s Protection Units to protect the identity of her people, her land, and her culture. Comrade Adar Judy was an expression of the pioneering role of women from the beginning of the organization of the YPJ until its declaration. Comrade Adar made a unique effort to raise the pace of all women’s struggle. She played a prominent role in confronting all kinds of occupation and massacres, especially in the fight against ISIS. In the campaigns to liberate Hasakah, Shadada, and Tal Tamr, she fought on the front lines against the Turkish occupation and all the brutal attacks of the terrorist organization ISIS. Comrade Adar has always maintained the standards of struggle with her strong determination, whether in the field or in the military field, and has performed her duties to the fullest until her last breath.

On July 27, when she was at the head of her revolutionary missions with her comrades Hasina Musa Muhammad (Avashin Kodi), Heba Abdel Qader Bakr (Heba Hasaka), Berivan Abdel Khalaf (Berivan Hasaka) and Amina Nabo Suleiman (Dalar Kobani). She was seriously injured. However, despite all the efforts and endeavors for treatment, comrade Adar Judy reached the rank of martyrdom on July 31. At the outset, we offer our condolences to the family of the martyr comrade Adar Judy Al-Qeema and her relatives, as well as to all the families of the martyrs and our patriotic people.
