The people of Qamishlo city bid farewell to their martyrs at the shrine of the martyr Dalil Sarukhan

Today, thousands of people in the city of Qamishlo mourned their three martyrs: Rashid Muhammad Ibrahim, Herkul Qamishlo and Rojna Akid, at the shrine of the martyr Dalil Sarukhan.
The funeral ceremony began among the solemn crowds of people, with a minute of silence in honor of the souls of the martyrs. Then a speech was delivered on behalf of the Fidan Hasakah Women’s Movement, where she touched on the resistance of these three comrades, which became a source of morale for all their comrades. She also resumed her speech by mentioning the resistance of comrade Rojna Akid on the peaks of the mountains of Kurdistan with continuous effort, until Rojava Kurdistan. Her struggle had a clear imprint on all the stages that the Rojava Revolution went through, and she stood steadfastly in the face of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries. The policy of the occupying Turkish state is to attack the gains of our people and the revolution alike.
Fidan Hasakah also touched on the plans that the Turkish occupation state seeks to implement, in order to thwart peace efforts in the region. However, the thought of Leader Apo and the democratic nation saved all peoples from the danger of the concepts of the Turkish occupation that it seeks to implant among peoples and nations. It is now fighting the occupation shoulder to shoulder and has thwarted all the enemy’s plans.
Fidan Hasakah concluded her speech about the struggle of comrades Rashid and Hercule, saying, “The two comrades had a high capacity for humility and did not hesitate to exert their efforts to defend their homeland and people. They reached the level of martyrdom with that high morale and patriotic and guerrilla spirit until the end.” moment in their lives.
During the ceremony, a girl from the city of Qamishlo rose to bear the name and weapon of Comrade Rojna and joined the ranks of the Freedom Revolution.
And based on the will of the martyr Hercule, who said, “If one day I am martyred, I hope everyone will listen to the song “I am the martyr of the leader Apo” in Shiite ceremonies. And based on the will of the martyr, the song “I am the martyr of the president” was listened to.”
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the document of the martyrs was read and handed over to their families. And with the ululations of mothers and the slogan “Martyrs do not die” and “Long live Commander Abu,” their bodies were laid to rest.
