People in the city of Raqqa mourn three martyrs of their righteous sons at the Shrine of Dignity.

Hundreds of people from Raqqa Province mourned the bodies of three martyrs who died as a result of the targeting of the Turkish occupation state in the city of Ain Issa in a solemn procession. They are: the martyr Muhammad Ali Al-Halat, the martyr Imad Ali Al-Halat, and the martyr Khaled Hassan Al-Shawakh. The companions of the martyrs carried them on their shoulders to funeral them in the Shrine of Dignity with patient hearts.
The ceremonies commenced with a minute of silence, honoring their pure souls. Several speeches were delivered, including one by Smiling Ahmed on behalf of the Council of Martyrs’ Families. She expressed, ‘Today, we stand to bury a new constellation of our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the homeland. Martyrdom is sacred, acknowledged in all religions. The Turkish attacks on our people are a clear testament to the failure of all their schemes, with everyone standing against their brutality and technology. The Turkish occupation state has become ruthless, and the world’s failure to put an end to their violations compels us, the region’s people, to unite against their danger and imperial threat. Martyrdom is an essential necessity for every national struggle, irreplaceable in protecting the homeland and liberating the land. Martyrdom is our path to victory, and victory is only achieved by offering caravans of martyrs. Mothers have sacrificed their beloved ones for the nation; thus, we glorify martyrdom.’

In conclusion, Smiling Ahmed reaffirmed the deep connection to the martyrs’ path, emphasizing the obligation to honor their pure blood. She extended condolences to the martyrs’ families, pledging that their sacrifices will not be in vain. ‘May mercy be upon our martyrs, swift recovery for our wounded, and triumph for our forces,’ she concluded.

Sheikh Mohammed Nour al-Din, on behalf of the Raqqa Civil Council and the Democratic Civil Administration in Raqqa, also offered condolences, condemning the Turkish aggression.
The ceremony concluded with the Martyrs’ Families Council presenting martyrdom certificates to the heroic martyrs’ families, followed by the burial of their pure bodies.
