“The Women’s Protection Units (YPJ) met with a number of women from the international coalition. During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the experiences and achievements of the YPJ units, as well as the importance of self-defense and the role of women in protecting communities.

In conclusion, views were exchanged on the war against ISIS and general security in the region. It was decided that this struggle should continue in a steady and cautious manner.”
